This is a polarized prescription sunglasses for myopia, before you order it please check carefully that if your vision report is consistent with the product.
CUSTOMIZED RANGE
For finished product, the power of the left and right lenses are the same, its original pupil distance is fit for 66mm-70mm, it can not be modified.
If there are different sphere for two eyes, please select the option "RIGHT LEFT DIFFERENT".
If you have astigmatism with your eyes, please select the option "ASTIGMATISM CUSTOM".
It can be customized for the prescription below:
Right Eye(OD.): Sphere -0.5 to -6.0 (Cylinder -0.5 to -2.0, Axial 0 to 180),
Left Eye(OS.): Sphere -0.5 to -6.0 (Cylinder -0.5 to -2.0, Axial 0 to 180),
Pupillary Distance: 60mm to 80mm.
For high myopia (e.g., -4.00 to -6.00 diopters), the lenses will appear relatively thick, which is normal, please do not mind.
